Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for correctly supplied car seat covers. However, we'll be happy to facilitate an exchange for the right product for your vehicle.

Customer provides return shipping within 7 days of order

10% cancellation admin fee before delivery

15% restocking and handling fee after delivery (excludes courier costs)
Incorrectly supplied goods will be exchanged at no cost to the customer. We're dedicated to ensuring you're satisfied with your car seat covers. For assistance with an exchange, contact us at sales@anycarseatcovers.co.za.
Requesting an Exchange
You have 7 days from the order date of your order to request an exchange. To qualify:

Covers must be in original condition, folded as supplied, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
