Returning Your Products

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Package Securely: Products must be packaged safely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Mark Return Reference: Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel.

  • Include Accessories: All accessories, parts, and packaging originally supplied with the product must be included.

Products Damaged Upon Delivery

If your product arrives damaged or with missing parts/accessories, please notify us within 7 days by initiating a return request on our website.

Once reported:

  • Collection: We will arrange for the collection of the damaged item at no cost to you.

  • Inspection: Returned products will be inspected and validated upon receipt.

After validation, you may choose one of the following:

  • Repair/Replacement: If possible, the item will be repaired or replaced (subject to stock availability).

  • Refund/Credit: You may opt for a full refund or store credit for the purchase price.
